On Thursday, day 412 of the ongoing Israeli assault on the entire Palestinian population (which has expanded in recent months to the West Bank and Lebanon as well), Israeli forces launched a pre-dawn airstrike with a US-funded 2,000-pound bomb on an entire residential block in Beit Lahia, killing at least 90 civilians and wounded over 100.
Most of the people killed were children and women. The pre-dawn massacre follows a very violent day on Wednesday as well, in which Israeli forces killed over 90 people in three separate massacres in different parts of Gaza.
Israeli war jets bombed an entire residential block in the vicinity of Kamal Adwan Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip, which resulted in the killing of 66 citizens and the injury of more than 100 others.
At least two Palestinians were killed and several others injured on Wednesday night due to Israeli airstrikes targeting a residence in southern Gaza City. According to medical sources, this incident has raised the death toll in the Gaza Strip to 90 since Thursday morning.
Two Palestinians lost were also killed and several others were injured when an airstrike hit the Al-Dayya family’s home in the Sabra neighborhood, south of Gaza City. Rescue teams continue to search for missing individuals trapped under the rubble.
Additionally, numerous medical staff members at Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza sustained injuries, some of which are critical, after Israeli drones dropped bombs in the hospital courtyard.
A medical source from the hospital revealed that the drones targeted the hospital’s generator, causing severe damage. The facility heavily relies on this generator, and due to the ongoing Israeli blockade, there are no resources available for repairs.
Israeli aircraft also targeted remaining homes in the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza, though no injuries were reported in this instance.

Citizens jostling to buy bread from a bakery in Deir Al-Balah, amid the crisis of the lack of flour and fuel, due to the Israeli aggression and blockade.
Medical sources from Kamal Adwan Hospital in Jabalia, north of the Gaza Strip, said that the medical staff at the hospital are pulling the bodies out from under the rubble at the site of the massacre with their own hands due to the lack of rescue crews.
The sources explained that serious cases are being transported on shoulders to the hospital to be dealt with, in light of the difficult and deteriorating health situation, as there are no ambulances or even stretchers left.
The lack of supplies is a result of the repeated targeting by the Israeli occupation and the siege imposed on northern Gaza.
Eyewitnesses said that dozens of houses around Kamal Adwan Hospital were leveled to the ground and dozens of other houses were severely damaged by the occupation’s destructive bombing. These houses belong to the Al-Madhoun, Khader, Abu Wadi, Shaqoura and Nassar families.
Medical sources indicated that there are no specialized surgeries in the hospital due to the occupation forces preventing the entry of new medical teams, and that the current teams provide first aid only to those cases not requiring extensive surgery.

The sources added that the hospital will turn into a mass grave if international institutions do not intervene urgently and provide medical supplies.
The Gaza Ministry of Health reported that Israeli forces committed a new massacre in the northern Gaza Governorate.
Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya, Director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, stated that medical staff at the hospital are retrieving and treating the wounded due to the lack of ambulances.
He added that there are 200 people at the massacre site, with a large number of martyrs, injuries, and missing persons still under the rubble. He emphasized that the health system in northern Gaza is collapsing and unable to provide any assistance, and all their appeals to the world are in vain.

In a separate Israeli airstrike, two Palestinians were killed and others were injured on Thursday when the Israeli occupation forces bombed a group of citizens in the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.
The Israeli war of extermination and the ongoing occupation aggression on the Gaza Strip for the past 412 days has resulted in the killing of 44,056 Palestinians, the majority of whom were women and children, and the injury of 104,268 others, in an incomplete toll, as thousands of victims are still under the rubble and in the streets, and ambulance and rescue crews are unable to reach them.
